Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the made to order nature of our items, we don't accept returns. If the wrong item is sent or the product is flawed, please email us at houkdesigns@yahoo.com and we will happily exchange it for you.  Only unwashed and unworn items can be exchanged for a replacement. Merchandise must be new and in re-sellable condition. If there are any signs of wear on the merchandise, your return will not be accepted. Unfortunately we cannot accept any return for an exchange that is damaged due to the following: Staining (Food,Makeup, Bleach, Marker/Pen, Sweat, Dirt, etc.) Wear & Tear (Ripping, Tearing, or Stretching) Scent (Perfume, Body Odor, Cigarettes, etc.) Pet Hair, Any sort of alteration.

 Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order within 24 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.
