Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Our current processing time is 7 to 14 business days Monday-Friday. (This does NOT include shipping time). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped in the order they are received via USPS/UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has left our location. Please check spam if you do not receive an email.  Please note: larger orders (100+) and custom orders may extend beyond normal processing time (14-21 business days). If you wish to inquire about your order, please email us with your order number and we'd be happy to assist you!
 
LOST + STOLEN + DAMAGED PACKAGES
Houk Designs is NOT responsible for any returned, lost, stolen, or damage caused to packages or items within a package once it has been scanned in to the USPS/UPS tracking system. We will not replace or refund any items that are damaged by USPS/UPS during transit. We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
